Saturday Pictures on the way

We had 10 members and a two guests ( Craig Lyons and Tom Walters ) fishing the first tournament of the year on Lake Roosevelt.    It was in the 50's for the 5:15 Saturday blast off with moderate wind conditions on Saturday.  Sunday saw low 50's again with mild winds for the blast off and around 70 degrees for the 1:00 pm Weigh In.  Water temperatures were 51 - 53 in the main lake with the mid  50's in a few coves.  Rich Coffey had motor problems on Sunday, so he and his partner Kevin Lunde did not make the Sunday weigh in.  Winner Dwayne Lyons reported catching most of his Saturday fish on football head jigs with hula grubs and catching 10 Sunday fish on jerk baits.  Another great spring fishing day on Lake Roosevelt!

The next club tournament is the Jamboree on Banks Lake.
